About The Blog
Hello,
We are a group of Graduate Communications students seeking to provide a resource highlighting thought leaders about the topics of early household
At The Haven House, we believe that everyone is created with equal intrinsic value. Households should be cared for holistically, through promoting education, advancement, equal opportunity and increasing quality of life. The Haven House seeks to perpetuate our values by addressing the current area of opportunity by coming alongside fellow influential thought leaders in this social issue.
According to the National Center for Children in Poverty (NCCP), approximately 15 million children are living in families below the poverty line. Our research found that 4.4 million people are active internet users, 3.3 million people are active social media users (Statista). With the advancement of technology and access to information, we wanted to meet people where they’re at by leveraging the ever-expanding digital landscape. We aim to cultivate an epicenter of free information focused on improving the quality of life within lower income families.
