Supermans - Lay body on the floor and simultaneously lift your arms and feet to stretch and engage your core.
Pushups - Lay on the ground with your toes and palms on the floor, lifting your body up and down by bending at the elbows. You can also modify this by placing your knees on the ground.
Sit Ups - Lay on your back and bring your knees up while still keeping your feet on the ground. Cradle the back of your head with your hands. Using your stomach muscles, engage your core and bring your head up to touch your knees.
Running or Jogging - Running is a great way to get outdoors and loose weight! Make sure your form is correct and get ready to hit the pavement! Make sure if you are running in the evenings or late afternoon, you are wearing a reflective belt and light colored clothing so that you can be spotted by drivers. Make sure to start off slow and take it at your own pace. Remember to bring your phone in case of an emergency, water, and if you are wearing headphones make sure to only wear one so that you can be aware of your surroundings.
